Maybe you’ve seen the temps drop, the leaves fall, or the air has finally dried out—fall has arrived. It’s a magical time. 

For all of us in the coffee world, that means fall-themed drinks. Regardless of your preferences, (PSL lovers- we support you and hear you) seasonal drinks are a smash hit and we’re absolutely here for it. We took a fall menu deep dive and talked to some barista friends across the country to share their creative and delicious ideas. Each recipe below represents a unique regional approach to the quintessential fall seasonal drink, and we hope that one (or more) of these inspires you to get creative and try something different. Enjoy!

 

**DenverKaffe Landskap: Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte**

- Ingredients: pumpkin spice syrup, oat milk
- For the customer who: has warm fall weather
- Flavor notes: subtly sweet with just a hint of ginger, and a rich velvet texture

**Academy Coffee: The "PSL Must Die"**

 

- Ingredients: olive oil, grapefruit-infused caramel
- For the customer who: is feeling rebellious
- Flavor notes: At first sip, you'll immediately notice the very smooth texture, it’s denser than a typical latte due to the olive oil. It’s not overly sweet, thanks to the grapefruit. It’s not a typical fall drink, but it still hits the spot for autumn vibes.

- Ingredients: orange blossom, cardamom, clove, vanilla syrup, 2 shots, and 6oz steamed milk
- For the customer who: is feeling nostalgic
- Flavor notes: You’ll immediately be greeted with orange blossom before you taste this latte. The spices undoubtedly evoke the fall vibe—think of scented candles or grandma's cookies. The vanilla leaves a pleasant aftertaste on your pallet.

**Cali Coffee: Iced Pumpkin Butter Latte**

- Ingredients: pumpkin, cinnamon, white chocolate
- For the customer who: is feeling indulgent
- Flavor notes: This drink is rich with pumpkin flavor, yet light on the palate. The white chocolate adds just the right amount of sweetness. Enjoy with whip cream and a caramel drizzle on top for bonus points.

- Ingredients: maple syrup, dark brown sugar, pecans, oat milk
